Our
aim at Cheshire Pet is to provide
a
very personal and caring environment where
your pet will receive the highest quality veterinary
care available. The
practice continues to grow and expand, but always with
the aim to keep our personal and friendly approach to veterinary
care. In fact market research shows that we are the friendliest vet practice in Cheshire.
We
moved into our new purpose-built
premises in 2005 and this allowed us to increase the services we are
able to provide. The most notable arrival is the ‘Water
Walker’. This is an underwater, variable speed
treadmill designed to alleviate skeletal or muscular
problems in dogs.
We
offer every new client that registers a healthy pet, a
free health check-up with one of our 4
fully qualified nurses. Our nurses are also able to offer an assortment
of clinics, ranging from dental hygiene, nutrition &
senior health clinics.
We
offer a comprehensive welcome to any client who registers
a new kitten or puppy. In particular we have puppy clinics in which one of our nurses
explains all aspects of puppy care from diet, vaccinations
and exercise to behaviour, socialisation and microchipping.
Every month we also run a puppy party in which recently
registered puppies party together with
Jane (our nurse) and Jeremy Frith (a local animal behaviourist
and friend of the practice). We have free kitten clinics that give you a thorough introduction to owning a kitten.
