Lower Moss Wood is our local Wildlife Hospital in Ollerton near Knutsford. If we are unable to treat injured wildlife we know that we can call the team at Lower MossWood at any time for either advice or so we can transport the animal to them where they can give the expertise required to help the animal recover. They are run purely on charitable contributions but have strong links wirth the local community e.g. schools have wildlife days at the hospital. Cheshire Pet is a petplan appointment practice meaning that we can offer advice and support for pet insurance from petplan. In 2004 the FSA stopped vet clinics advertising and recommending lots of different insurance companies so it was decided that clinics could only recommend 1 insurance policy. Cheshire Pet chose Petplan because we feel they offer the most comprehensive, life-long cover for your beloved pet. Yes, Petplan may not be the cheapest, but they offer thousands of pounds of vet's fees every year and most importantly life-long cover so actually in the long-term they are definitely value for money. For further information on their policies click on the link above or ask any team member at Cheshire Pet.
