Edward established Cheshire Pet Holmes Chapel in 1998. He is still an integral part of the practice and prides himself on creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. He graduated from Bristol Veterinary College and worked in various veterinary fields until deciding he would like to run his own practice.
Edward is one of only a small number of vets in the UK qualified in Laparoscopy (keyhole surgery) which allows various operations to be conducted with minimal invasion for the animal.
He has working English Springer Spaniels, Archie and Tilly, as well as three cats. Three teenage daughters are also added to the mix. He enjoys cycling and running, a highlight was running the London Marathon in 2017. Another passion is skiing and he is an active Leader for the Ski Club of Great Britain, as well as enjoying ski touring on projects such as the infamous Haute Route.
