Sammy Butcher

Sammy joined the team in October 2021. Before coming to CheshirePet she worked as a zoo keeper for 3 years as well as completing an Animal Science and behaviour degree at Rodbaston college. Sammy loves all aspects of veterinary nursing but has a keen interest in surgical nursing and theatre practice. Sammy can often be found in the wards cuddling anything furry.

She lives at home with her 14-year-old black lab called Lily and a 9-year-old rescue jackapoo called Indigo. Outside of work Sammy enjoys walking in the Peak District, going to the gym, crocheting and reading.
